Union Capital okays 30pc stock dividend

Union Capital Ltd has declared a 30 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2007. The declaration came at the 10th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Wednesday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury presided over the AGM.
