Omicron: 3 more cases detected in Bangladesh, tally now 7

Three more cases of Covid-19 variant Omicron have been identified in Bangladesh, raising the tally to seven.

GISAID, a global initiative on sharing all influenza data, shared the results today.

Two more Omicron cases were detected in the country yesterday.

On December 11, Bangladesh reported its first two cases of the Omicron variant in two members of the Bangladesh women's cricket team.
