Kaabila (played by Ziaul Hoque Polash), a young rogue from Noakhali, funny lover boy Shuvo (played by Mishu Sabbir) from a humble household in Barishal, the daring yet charming 'Shirsho Shontrash' Pasha (played by Marzuk Russell) from Kashempur Central Jail, and the sweet, flirtatious and very humble Habu bhai (played by Chashi Alam) – all these characters became the talk of the town when they first appeared in Kajal Arefin Ome's celebrated sitcom "Bachelor Point" in 2018.

The bachelors are now set to come back with their much-awaited fourth season of the "Bachelor Point" franchise. Ome's recent social media post that reads "4" led to his fans expecting a new segment of their favourite programme.

Photo posts by the cast and crew of their recent tour further instigated the audience to raise their hopes up. Kajal Arefin Ome's frequent Facebook posts reading "Ahare Rokeya" "Tumi Dekhte Oneek Shundor, I wanna kiss you" and "Pasha+Shirin = Kashempur", among others only added to the excitement.

"When we started 'Bachelor Point', we never expected to receive such warm response for our audience," shares Kajal Arefin Ome. "This production is no longer ours, rather it now belongs to our audience and thus we have to go by their wishes."

After the third season ending with one of the most cherished characters Kaabila behind bars, fans have been eagerly waiting for the fourth season as the cliff-hanger ending left the nail-biting audience on an anxious note.

"We weren't sure if we wanted to make another season but our spectators kept asking us for the next instalment and now, we have decided to come back with yet another season," adds the director who had earned much appreciation for his last Eid release "Apon" and Zee 5 original web-fiction "Thanda".

Popular actor Ziaul Hoque Polash acting debut with the role Kaabila brought him unparalleled fame. However, only a few know that his casing was instantly done on set and even the name was decided within a blink on an eye.

"I was the associate director of the project and never had any plans of standing in front of the camera. But now, when people address me as Kaabila, delight overcomes me," he says.

The character was crafted but the team was unaware of the craze it would beget with time. "When the series took a break after 52 episodes, people started to express how much they missed Kaabila and that's when I decided to keep doing this character," adds Polash.

Kajal Arefin Ome's vision and destination for each character has always been very clear in his mind but the transition is what happens in an inadvertent manner. "We have been working on the script for the fourth instalment for a while now and we look to commence shooting at the nearest," informs Ome.

The team has been together and hopes to be in harmony for all eternity. "Good company, healthy lifestyle, and looking to gathering and enhance knowledge, this is what our motto has been all throughout. Fame and my being should never merge. Also, family is what shows you the right path and keeps you from going astray," shares Polash.

"The pressure to be better has only doubled with time and my only goal is to ensure that the audience isn't disappointed at this phase," concludes Ome.
