Abdullah Mohammad Saad diretorial "Rehana Maryam Noor" has been selected in the official selection round at the 37th edition of the Valencia International Film Festival–Cinema Jove. The lead star of the movie, Azmeri Haque Badhan is attending the Spanish festival with her film.

The festival kicked off on June 24, and it will run till July 2. "Rehana Maryam Noor" will be screened today at the festival.

"Rehana Maryam Noor" is the first Bangladeshi film to be featured in the Un Certain Regard section of the 74th edition of the Cannes International Film Festival. The film also received three nominations at the Malaysia International Film Festival (MIFFest) and Malaysian Golden Global Award (MGGA), including a nomination in the "Best Film" category at the festival.

Azmeri Haque Badhan bagged the 14th Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA), the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival award, the 19th Telecine awards and Meril Prothom-alo Award 2021 for her outstanding performance in the film.
