‘Omanush’ to give first week’s revenue to flood victims

The team of "Omanush" has announced that they will be donating the revenue from the film's first week to the flood victims in Sylhet and Sunamganj.
Director Anonno Mamun confirmed the news to The Daily Star.
"All of the money from ticket sales for the first week of 'Omanush' will be given to the flood victims in Sylhet. I will go there next Friday and distribute the basic essentials among them," said the director.
"Omanush" was released in 41 theaters across the country on Friday. The movie stars Rafiath Rashid Mithila and Nirab, alongside Quazi Nawshaba Ahmed, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Misha Sawdagar and Rashed Mamunur Rahman Apu among others.
