Botched Eid greeting exposes 'shortcut' AI art

Keeping in trend with the recent obsession over AI, the country's largest telco operator, Grameenphone, decided to use Midjourney AI to generate photos for its Eid greetings post. The company then shared the photos with their Eid message on their official Facebook page.
Grameenphone's Facebook page wrote the following caption to go along with the post: "We asked Midjourney AI about our local Eid celebrations. In return, Midjourney showed us that it thought these photos resembled Eid celebrations here. We hope everyone has an Eid filled with joy. Eid Mubarak!"
However, social media users were quick to spot how some of these images did not look right upon further inspection. While three of the four photos all had some level of flaw, two of the photos in particular have stood out, leaving many viewers laughing at the mistakes made by the AI image generator. Some even questioned how Grameenphone allowed these images to be shared on social media.
One of the photos showed two women hugging, however one of them seemingly has six fingers. However, the real offender was the photo which many are comparing to a scene from a horror movie. Some commenters even likened it to the latest horror movie released this Eid, "Jinn". The more you look at this photo, the more mistakes you can see. In the image, the faces of all the people seem to have an evil look. The people in the background look like zombies who are slowly chasing them from the distance. Some of the characters have their limbs overlapping weirdly as well.

However, the saving grace has to be the final image in the post, which resembles the scene of a village on Chaand Raat and this picture was a perfect representation of what Midjourney does well.
