‘Kotha Furiye Jaye’: Shishir ventures into new waters

Shishir Ahmed, of Aurthohin fame, dropped his solo track "Kotha Furiye Jaye"—which features the voices of Bakhtiar Hossain and Masha Islam—yesterday. The song is produced, composed and arranged by Shishir Ahmed, and presented by Yamaha Music Bangladesh.

The music video of the song focuses on a couple, whose relationship has begun to deteriorate, as they continuously argue and bicker with each other. As they keep repeating this cycle, their fights become more serious, increasing the animosity between the two. 

Aside from the song itself, the two highlights of the video include the acting of Saim Bin Mujib and Priyam Archi, and the overall visuals. The set design for the music video is interesting, almost mirroring how things can escalate from small fights to big arguments in a short time; while the love and memories we share with our partners slowly fading without proper attention or care.
