Puma to open another store in Dhaka's Dhanmondi 27

Just two years after opening its doors for Bangladeshi customers, German sportswear giant Puma is going to expand its reach further in the country.
DBL Group, the franchise partner for Bangladesh of the international footwear and apparels brand, is going to launch the outlet at Dhanmondi 27 to fortify Puma's vision of "Sportlifestyle" and propagate it.
A senior official of DBL Group said they are planning to inaugurate the new outlet by September 26 or 27.
Puma started their journey in Bangladesh in April 2019 with its first flagship store of the country at Banani Road 11.
The Banani store, one of Puma's biggest stores in South-East Asia to date, showcases the widest array of the company's latest performance and sport-style products on 2,200 square feet of space.
Talking about the new outlet, MA Jabbar, managing director of DBL Group, said: "We are incredibly proud to open another store of PUMA brand for Bangladesh at this iconic location of Dhanmondi.
"We are looking at expanding our footprint further. Through this iconic flagship store, we are looking at bringing the best of PUMA experiences and product to our consumers of Dhanmondi."
This exciting launch will open up further avenues for the brand and Puma is looking at exponentially expanding its presence in Bangladesh with more outlets in future to cater to the needs of the fans and people of Bangladesh, DBL group said in a statement today.
The store layout, brand imagery all has been integrated in a unique manner to engage with the consumers further. The store has been organized and decorated in its Forever Faster Concept.
Specially, over the years, Puma has stayed true to its four cornerstones: heritage, sport, technological innovation and design.
The brand is focusing on bringing distinctive designs and a global outlook to each product range by blending influences of sport, lifestyle and fashion. This fusion is known as "Sportlifestyle".
