Sena Kalyan Sangstha and Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, India have signed a memorandum of understanding enabling healthcare discounts for the former's current and former staff alongside retired armed forces personnel and their dependents.

Air Commodore Md Shaharul Huda, director general of the welfare division at Sena Kalyan Sangstha, and Dr Jithu Jose, representing Dr Hariprasad, president of Apollo Hospital Group, signed the deal at the former's head office in Dhaka yesterday, said a press release.

Major General Iftekhar Anis, chairman of Sena Kalyan Sangstha, was present.
