8 shrimp enclosures of slain outlaw sold at auction

The shrimp enclosures belonged to slain founder of New Biplobi Communist Party (NBCP) Monoranjan Goshai alias Mrinal of Shovna union, police said.

The shrimp enclosures were hubs of NBCP armed cadres and several murders were committed during the last five years, said Shaikh Moslemuddin, president of Dumuria upazila law and order committee.

The shrimp enclosures were purchased at auction by those from whom Monoranjan took possession at arms point with the help of his cadres and beneficiaries of BNP and Awami League and police, Shaikh Moslem said.
