“Let’s be good human beings”—a simple but powerful message found hanging from the metal frame of a stolen trash bin near the capital’s Jatiya Press Club on November 27, 2017. A large amount of public money went down the drain after most of these trash bins installed by the Dhaka city corporations were stolen.
