SAME AS BEFORE... a bus stops in the middle of a road to pick up passengers amid traffic while the latter pay no heed to the risks involved. Though put into effect, the new road transport act seems to have little effect as such haphazard pick-up and drop-off, jaywalking and commuters' reluctance to follow traffic rules continue.
