Argentina cruised to an easy 3-0 win versus Bolivia on Tuesday to secure top honours in Group D with three wins from three matches at the Copa America Centenario.

Gerardo Martino's team wasted no time opening up the scoring, with Erik Lamela's free kick from 20 yards taking a kind deflection and settling into the back of the Bolivia net just before the quarter hour.

Less than two minutes later, Ezequiel Lavezzi doubled Argentina's lead lashing home a powerful volley from close range to make it 2-0.

Lavezzi turned provider in the 32nd minute when his powerful cross was poked home by Victor Cuesta to give the Albiceleste a 3-0 lead at half-time.

Lionel Messi, who started the game on the bench, entered at the beginning of the second half. The Barcelona playmaker had two efforts go close, but was unable to get on the scoresheet as Argentina ran out the game.

Up next for Argentina is a quarterfinal matchup with Venezuela, who finished second to Mexico in Group C. Bolivia are eliminated from the tournament.
