Faridpur BNP rally begins amid ‘sea of people’

BNP's divisional rally in Faridpur started this morning in the presence of thousands of supporters at the Abdul Aziz Institution ground in the district.

BNP leaders and activists started speaking around 11:10am.

Leaders and activists from different districts were present in colourful attires.

Our correspondent on the spot reported that there was no vehicular movement from Rajbari Mor towards the capital, meaning that people had to walk around four kilometres to reach the venue.

Before the rally started, Faridpur district BNP Convener Syed Modarres Ali said, "All are set for our rally. Have to wait a few more hours. By that time, Abdul Aziz Institution ground will be turned into a sea of people."
