SRK's daughter Suhana steals the show in 'The Archies' teaser

The Archies teaser was released on Sunday night during Netflix's Tudum event in Brazil. 

Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda made their film debuts in Zoya Akhtar's adaptation of Archies Comics. The cast also includes Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Yuvraj Menda, and Vedang Raina.

The one-minute teaser began with a peek of Riverdale, a charming hill station. As horses and a few cars were observed on the road, a toy train puffed into the Riverdale station. The coming-of-age, live-action musical set is set in 1964 and is based on a group of friends and their lives in Riverdale.

Pop Tate's, a soda shop where Archie and his friends hang out, is a landmark in town. The Archies like playing music, dancing at events and in classrooms, and spending time outside. The preview also showed the friends--Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor--falling in love and experiencing heartbreak.

Netflix India published the teaser on Instagram. "You've seen them in comics, books, and Riverdale — but this time, you'll see them in India!" it said in the caption. The Archies, set in the 1960s, creates a world that is both familiar and unfamiliar.
