Raz titled ‘Omar’ on Mehazabien’s suggestion!

After his last directorial film "Jodi Ekdin", Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Raz was looking for his next project's title that, will be based on a characters' name.

One day, while in a casual adda with his close friends in the media, Raz shared the story and character with his peers present there, and amongst them were Mehazabien Chowdhury. 

The "Sabrina" actress suggested the name "Omar'' for Raz's film. After that the film was announced which stars Sariful Razz in the titular character.

Mehazabien expressed her gratitude towards the director for naming his film based on her suggested title. "It will always remain as a sweet memory that a film's title has been given by me," said a happy Mehazabien. 

"The name is a unique one, and being a film's title it is different, I believe that the audience will be able to discover something new in this film as the title."

The first look poster of the film has already been revealed, and the audience is appreciating the presentation. Other than colour grading, the film's post production is almost complete. The director informed that the film will hit theatres this Eid-ul-Fitr. 

The film also features Shahiduzzaman Selim, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Nasir Uddin Khan, and Rosey Siddique among others.
