Rahul and Priyanka start second innings of their marriage

Rahul Banerjee and Priyanka Sarkar are ready to start their second innings in marriage after dissolving marriage petition. Earlier on, the pair hinted at their union in 2022 when they posted a picture along with their son, Shohoj. He captioned it the  "New Beginning."

Recently, the "Chirodini Tumi Amar" actor posted a status on social media. 

"As the whole city gets covered in rain, it relays the message of new hopes and opportunity. We have reunited again against all odds," read the post. 

The former couple wanted to live together for the sake of their son. However, they faced legal problems because they couldn't unite sooner. However, finally, everything is solved as the legal problem has been resolved. 

Rahul told Anandabazar online that they are once again starting their family.

"We are living together. I am buying a flat in Priyanka's building very soon. There were some legal complications on both sides, which were settled. We have been together for a long time. But for now, I mostly stay with my mother while Priyanka stays at her parents' house. However, we all spend time together on weekends," said the actor. 

When asked whether they are a couple again, the actor replied, "We were husband and wife back then, and we are still like that."

During their separation, Priyanka accused Rahul of not refusing to pay for the expenses of their son, while the latter claimed that the actress didn't allow him to see his son. However, the couple reached good terms last year and thus decided to withdraw the case this year.
