Scholastica holds graduation ceremony

A two-day programme marking A level graduation ceremony of Scholastica ended today [June 19].

A total of 275 students have been accredited with certificates at the ceremony, held in the STM Hall of Uttara Senior Section, said a press release.

Shah Rafayet Chowdhury, co-founder and president of Footsteps, was present at the programme as special guest.

Section head and Principal Farah Sofhia Ahmed and Head of Academic Affairs Sabina Mustafa delivered speeches.

A total of 162 students were awarded with certificates. Twelve of them received "Highest in subject", 34 "High honor" and 33 "Honor" certificates.

On Thursday, the Mirpur branch of Scholastica Senior Section hosted its A level graduation ceremony where Prof Imran Rahman, vice-chancellor of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, was the chief guest.

Dr Hossain Mohammad Rezwanul Karim, an endocrinologist at Evercare Hospital, was special guest. Nurun Nahar Mozumder, head of the section, delivered the welcome speech.

A total of 113 students got their certificates of completion. Twelve of them received a "Highest in Subject" certificate, 41 "High Honor", and 29 received "Honor" certificates.
