HSC form fill-up August 12-30

The online process of form fill-up for Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination 2021 will begin on August 12 and end on August 30.

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka issued a circular in this regard yesterday.

No student or guardian will go to educational institutions physically for filling up forms, for the sake of maintaining health guidelines, said the circular.

The circular said a list of possible examinees will be published on the website of Dhaka Education Board on August 11. Educational institutions will have to complete the finalisation of the candidates online between August 12 and 25 from the list.

Candidates were asked to pay the exam fee by August 30.

Only those selected by their educational institutes will be able to pay the exam fee, added the circular.

On July 15, Education Minister Dipu Moni, in a virtual press briefing, said that Secondary School Certificate, Higher Secondary Certificate and equivalent exams of 2021 will be held in November and December this year, only if Covid-19 situation in the country improves.

The examinees would have to take the tests only in three optional subjects.
