All subjects to be included in 2023 SSC, HSC equivalent exams

The Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations of 2023 will be held in all subjects.

In this regard, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board in Dhaka today (September 18, 2022) issued a notification, signed by Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar, chairman of the board and also the president of Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee.

The notification said SSC, HSC and equivalent examinations of 2023 will be held according to the revised curriculum of 2023 prepared by the Bangladesh National Curriculum and Textbook Board.

At the SSC level, ICT examination will be held on 50 marks while all other subjects will be held out of 100 marks and the duration of the examination will be 3 hours, stated the notification.

At the HSC level, each subject's examination will be held out of 100 and the duration of the examination will be 3 hours, reads the notification.
