US rejects Cambodia's govt overthrowing plot

The American ambassador to Cambodia yesterday rejected allegations by strongman premier Hun Sen that the US was involved in plotting to overthrow the government. The accusations followed the arrest of leading opposition politician Kem Sokha, who was charged last week with treason and espionage in a "secret plan" with foreigners.
