Indian minister caught on cam touching woman inappropriately

Madhya Pradesh of India Home Minister Babulal Gaur has struck again. This time the minister was caught on camera inappropriately touching a woman during an event in Bhopal, reports India Today.
The video shows Gaur touching a woman repeatedly while she was boarding a bus during a party function on Thursday. Gaur has rubbished the allegations, it said.
"I was just directing her to sit. As the place was crowded I was asking the women to move fast. Baseless allegations are being made against me," the former Madhya Pradesh chief minister argued.

Gaur's controversial past

This is not for the first time that the 85-year-old leader has been in the news for the wrong reasons. The motormouth leader is a serial offender and has made several controversial remarks in the past. Here are some of his gems:
1.  Women in Tamil Nadu wear full clothes and hence the crime rate is lower there as compared to other states.
2. During an event, he recalled how he taught the wife of a Russian leader to tie a dhoti. "I told her I can't teach you how to wear it, but I can certainly teach you how to remove it, but that too later, not now," Gaur had said.
3. Rape is social crime. Sometimes it's right, sometimes it's wrong.
4. Alcohol does not increase crime. People lose their consciousness after consuming alcohol and that's how it causes crime. The person who drinks with control does not indulge in crime. One should not overdrink. It is one's fundamental right. Drinking is a social status symbol these days.
Gaur had also been accused of sexual misdemeanour by two Bhopal men when he was the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh in 2005. Sworn affidavits filed by the men blamed Gaur for the break-up of their marriages.
Husbands of Shagufta Kabir and Sameena Khan, who Gaur described as "party workers", alleged that Gaur had been plying their wives with favours which led to marital discord and finally ended in divorce.
