Philippines tells UN it will quit ICC

The Philippines has given official notice to the United Nations that it is withdrawing from the International Criminal Court, which is probing President Rodrigo Duterte's deadly drug war, Manila said yesterday. The move comes two days after Duterte announced his nation would quit the court.
