Hurricane Willa slams into Mexico, weakens

Hurricane Willa crashed ashore in western Mexico Tuesday, lashing the Pacific coast with powerful winds and heavy rain before weakening to a tropical storm as it moved inland. The powerful storm had weakened considerably when it made landfall. No casualties were reported.
