Why must our cricketers retire before 30?

Why must our cricketers retire before 30?

Normally, when a player reaches the age of 30, he acquires vast experience and this is actually his golden time when he is at his best. Bangladeshi players however cannot perform to the expectations at this time of age and eventually retires. I believe this is due to their eating habits. A Bangladeshi eats rice at least twice a day. White rice is very high in carbohydrates and can even cause type II diabetes, which is a very common disease among Bangladeshis. Along with rice, they eat spicy dishes containing high amounts of oil and fats which can block arteries and are very bad for the heart.
Bangladeshis are also habituated to eating extremely rich foods and sweets while attending weddings and parties. If our players can break away from the typical Bengali eating habits, exercise regularly, I believe they can remain fit to play until they are in their late 30s.
