Bus vandalised in Farmgate over ‘fare row’

A bus was vandalised in the busy Farmgate area of Dhaka this morning, as a result of what witnesses are saying an altercation with students over fare.

The incident took place near Tejgaon Women’s College around 11:40am. Police swiftly moved into action and managed to detain a person in connection with the incidents.

The bus of Shikor Paribahan, a bus plying in the Mirpur-Gulistan route, had its window pane broken completely.
