China’s new viral internet challenge backfires

The latest internet challenge in China is upon us, and so far it’s not doing so well.

The newest fad, which is eating a corn cob using an active drilling machine, is crazy and dangerous, yet it’s not stopping the netizens from accepting it.

For this woman in particular, the challenge went horribly wrong (as expected) as the machine entangled her hair and she becomes partially bald.

The particular act was triggered after a Chinese man gobbled a corn cob using a drill in 10 seconds. The video had received over a million views on April 30 when it was uploaded, reports CCTV News.

And the woman in the video was just among the ones who dared to try it. Unfortunately, the act didn’t quite work out for her.
