Google launches an educational website on information regarding coronavirus

Google launched an educational coronavirus website that contains safety tips and authoritative information about the pandemic. 

The website, google.com/covid19, is "focused on education, prevention, and local resources. People can find state-based information, safety and prevention tips, search trends related to COVID-19, and further resources for individuals, educators, and businesses," Google said in a blog post.

The website includes information on COVID-19 from the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, along with tips on how to stay safe during the crisis.

"We hope these resources will help people find answers to the questions they're asking and get the help they need," said Emily Moxley, product management director for search at Google, in a blog post published Saturday.
