This isn't a legal govt

The BNP has said the cabinet to be formed today lacks the representation of people, and will never be considered as a legal government at home and abroad.
“The government will not get moral support as well as constitutional legitimacy from any quarter,” BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir yesterday said in a statement.
Reacting to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's recent speeches, he said the way she had been issuing threats to the opposition was not a sign of democratic behaviour.
The premier has lately blamed opposition activists for the post-polls violence and attacks on Hindus, and said the government will take tougher measures to curb such incidents.
But Fakhrul passed the blame onto the ruling party men, and said: “The government is trying to distract the people's attention from the mockery of this election by holding the opposition responsible for the post-polls violence.”
Fakhrul said Awami League could stay in power only temporarily by using tactics and misusing the state power.
He warned that the AL would not be able to succeed by destroying democracy.
The BNP spokesperson also demanded that the government hold a free, fair and inclusive election under a non-party government without any delay.
