OMAR KHAYYÁM

18 May 1048 – 4 December 1131
Celebrated Persian philosopher Omar Khayyám  was a mathematician, astronomer, and poet. He also wrote treatises on mechanics, geography, mineralogy, music, and Islamic theology.
