Tamim, Riyad out

Tamim Iqbal and Mahmudullah Riyad have been left out of the 15-member Asia Cup squad. Imrul Kayes and all-rounder Ziaur Rahman have been drafted in. Tamim is out due to an injury, where as Riyad has been dropped.

The following is the squad:

Mushfiqur Rahim (Captain), Anamul Hoque Bijoy, Imrul Kayes, Shamsur Rahman, Naeem Islam, Muminul Hoque, Nasir Hossain, Arafat Sunny, Ziaur Rahman, Abdur Razzak, Shohag Gazi, Masrafe Bin Mortaza, Rubel Hossain, Al Amin Hossain and Shakib Al Hasan.

Shakib, who was handed a three-match ban by the BCB for an inappropriate gesture during the second ODI, will join the squad after Bangladesh's first two games in the tournament.

Asia Cup kicks off from February 25 with the inaugural match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Bangladesh plays their first match against India on the 26th.
