Let me attempt to tell You

My ailing heart beats feebly

I had forgotten to choose

To Love honestly and deeply 

Let me let go of this pounding 

My broken fists tremble weakly 

I had not bothered resounding 

The Love I claimed meekly

Let me rest myself at Your feet
