OBHIZATRIK and IDLC establish first primary school in Latar Char

IDLC, in collaboration with OBHIZATRIK Foundation, has facilitated the establishment of the first primary school in Latar Char - a remote river-island village in Patuakhali. The school was officially inaugurated on February 20, amidst much festivity of the local residents. The students also received brand new school supplies and stationaries.IDLC Group Chief Marketing Officer Jane Alam Romel, Chairman of Chalitabunia, Fazlur Rahman, and President of OBHIZATRIK Foundation, Ahmed Imtiaz Jami were present at the event. OBHIZATRIK SCHOOL has a total of three branches in Bangladesh, which has been providing over 400 underprivileged children quality education since its inception in 2013.
