Corporate sponsorship to help prospective youths attend global seminars and workshops is quite rare in Bangladesh. IPDC Finance sponsored a young Bangladeshi to attend the HPAIR Harvard College Conference at Harvard University in February. The Harvard College Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) gathers the brightest young minds from all over the world, empowering them to make lasting connections to create positive changes and offering them a dynamic forum to facilitate dialogue on the important and relevant economic, political, and social issues in the Asia-Pacific region. Chowdhury Kaiser Mohammad Riyadh was selected from a pool of international applicants to attend this conference along with 300 other participants from different countries. Riyadh is a self-help Educator who assists students in developing empathy, gratitude, tolerance and other qualities by conducting self-help and self-development sessions in the academic institutions. Riyadh expressed his sincere gratitude to IPDC.  He believes that more corporate organisations should follow the path shown by IPDC and help the youth and facilitate their ambitions of giving back to their communities. Mominul Islam, the Managing Director and CEO of the company, said that IPDC hopes to harness the potential of young entrepreneurs and stand by the changemakers who are working for community development.
