Inspiring others to lead a fulfilling life

Chowdhury Kaiser Mohammad Riyadh is an international inspirational speaker and a life coach. He is passionate about self-transformation and helping others to live a fulfilling life. Interestingly, public speaking was one of his biggest fears, as he used to stammer. He was in the Bangladesh Army.

Riyadh left the military in 2012, after which he pursued his MBA from IBA, DU, and received his Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) training in the UK from Dr Richard Bandler, the Co-creator of NLP.

Riyadh has conducted sessions at over 100 academic institutions in 36 districts of Bangladesh. He has been educating the youth on developing compassion, empathy, gratitude, tolerance, humility, humanity, a sense of oneness, and other essential human attributes to not just shape their own future, but to create a better community as well.

Apart from Bangladesh, he was invited to conduct self-development workshops in India, Nepal, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, the UK and the USA, where he engaged around 12,000 young individuals from over 80 countries. Riyadh believes that besides his family, Cadet College and Bangladesh Army made a huge contribution to his learning and growth so far.

"If you want to transform other people's lives by your words or coaching, your own actions should reflect what you preach," says Riyadh. "How you truly feel about yourself is more important than what others think about you. Majority of the youth don't have that clarity in their thinking."

He continued to hold workshops during the pandemic. Here are some comments from people across the globe, who attended Riyadh's sessions.

Siddharth Gulati from India went to one of Riyadh's sessions on inner peace and happiness. He said that it was one of the best programmes that he had attended.

"His session changed the way I value things, and enlightened my path to find my purpose in life," shared AssmaaBamaarouf from Morocco.

"I faced my reality to change my patterns of behaviour. I never knew that I needed it, until Mr Riyadh taught me to discover the purpose of my life," states Ana Mariel Campusano from the USA.
