Jims Tech-BUP 1st National Quiz Festival 2018

Quizzers Society of Bangladesh University of Professionals (QSBUP) is going to organise its very first "Jims Tech-BUP 1st National Quiz Festival 2018" from March 14 to 16, 2018, at the university premises located in Mirpur Cantonment, Dhaka.

During these three days, different types and categories of quizzing competitions would be arranged. Students from various schools, colleges and universities are welcome to participate in the competitions. To take part, one needs to complete registration online.

The "Individual Level" quiz competitions would expect general knowledge answers on topics like Bangladesh, Liberation War, sports, movies, geography and history. There would also be IQ tests, Sudoku contests, scrapbook competitions and an Informatics Olympiad.

On the other hand, "Team Level" competitions will be held in two rounds- a written test and then a stage or buzzer round. Besides, a wall magazine competition, an Inter-University Quiz Championship, a Junior Quiz Championship and the popular "N.E.W.T- The Potterhead Championship" would be kept open for the Team Level.

Brig Gen Md Siddiqul Alam Sikder, BSP, ndc, psc, Dean, Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies (FSSS), Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), will be present at the prize giving ceremony as the Chief Guest on March 16, 2018, to acknowledge the achievements of the winners and runners-up.

Star Youth, The Daily Star, is the Youth Engagement Partner of the National Quiz Festival. Uro Oranjee is the Beverage Partner and Choco Bites is the Snacks Partner of the event.
