It's Humanity Foundation (IHF), a non-profit organisation aimed towards the betterment of rural and underprivileged children, organised its second Annual Charity Gala Night, held at the La Vita Hall of Lakeshore Hotel and Apartments, on March 17, 2018. It was the biggest fundraising event by IHF, with a view to bring together philanthropists as well as sponsors and stakeholders of IHF to support the cause of IHF which is to educate underprivileged children and empower women to ensure a better future for them by helping them in alleviating poverty through a sustainable plan.

The event brought together over 150 guests, many of whom were business leaders, ambassadors, expats, diplomats and local corporate heads, all under the same roof to support the noble cause.

Madam Ambassador of U.S. Embassy Ms Marcia Bernicat was present as the Chief Guest. Other prominent leaders from the World Bank, International Labour Organisation (ILO), United Nations (UN), RadissonBlu, BATA and UNICEF, along with Helen Keller and the Brand Ambassador of IHF, Sharmin Lucky, were present as well.

The highlights of the occasion included a cultural show by the IHF School students, which also showcased the talents of rural women through a fashion show, live music by prominent band Blue Jeans and was followed by a buffet dinner. All the proceeds from this event went towards supporting free education of the underprivileged children studying at IHF School, as well as supporting their mothers with vocational training on crafting through the women empowerment project Protibha.
