Rocket Steamers

Amongst the few paddle steamers that exist around the world used for tourism, Bangladesh has six of them, popularly known as 'Rocket Steamers'. These century old steamers are mostly used for carrying passengers and goods, and also for amusement purposes. Compared to other water transports such as launches and the newly introduced waterbuses; the Rocket Steamers' antiquity can still be felt, seen and experienced.
