Masuma Rahman Nabila, popular television host is a household name today. Just a few years ago, as a student of the English Department at BRAC, Nabila would struggle to balance her academics with anchoring game shows on television. Today, she is seen in big budget award functions, musical programmes and has also mesmerized crowds outside Bangladesh. 

Currently, Nabila is working on 'Aynabazi', her debut as the lead, to be made by Amitabh Reza. She speaks to the Star Weekend about her likes and dislikes. 

What are the three things you would take with you to a deserted island?

- Mobile, Books, movies. 


If you were given a chance to play a role in an old film, which role and which film would they be?

- Would not love to do a role or film which is done or made already.


What is your favourite midnight snack?

Chocolates, chocolates and chocolates.


Which director or directors would you like to work with in the future?

I always wanted to work with Amitabh Reza and Allah has fulfilled that desire of mine, and in future, Maybe Amitabh Reza again! 


What is your favourite form of exercise?

Free hand and walking.


What is the message you would like to give to all the young people trying to enter your profession?

Just be you - because that's being unique!
