When you hear the words, 'acting is everything I am,' you know they're spoken with the utter passion towards the art. One of the actors of today with bubbling passion and a gifted charm is one of the three brothers taking the industry by storm, Shamapty Mashuq. His dimpled smile and intense roles brings wonder to the viewers. A part of many well-known drama serials, such as Gohiney or Elebele, Shamapty's own personal flair in his characters is what brings him alive on screen. The Star Weekend had the opportunity to have a tête-à-tête with the fine actor and find out some fun facts about him.

Keep working hard. All day, everyday.

Acting to you is…
Everything I am. It's my work, my passion, my goal. I'm still learning and there's still a long way to go. But since childhood I knew how much it meant to me. 

Your advice to young aspiring actors?
You have to learn before you start. And also keep your focus on acting. Nowadays, networking has become bigger than the art itself. If you do the work with passion and zeal, you won't have to try so hard to network. Everyone will come to you. Stay focused on your work, stay focused on acting.
