How can we maintain imports while reducing pressure on our forex reserve?

Our forex reserve is under a lot of pressure right now. As such, the government is trying to think of different ways of importing fuel. Importing fuel from Russia was also an option that was being considered. Prof. Mustafizur Rahman, distinguished fellow at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) discussed with us some of the most feasible ways of importing for Bangladesh.
