Women in paddy processing face labour discrimination

Men working at paddy processing yards are getting Tk 350-400 while women doing the same work are getting Tk 150-170. Due to lack of jobs in the 14 upazilas of Lalmonirhat and Kurigram, many women are compelled to work for low wages since there are not many opportunities for them.
