Why such long tailbacks at Dhaka-Mawa-Bhanga Expressway toll plaza?

There was a lot of traffic congestion on Dhaka-Mawa-Bhanga Expressway due to lack of an automatic toll collection system. Will the existing manual system handle the extensive traffic during Eid?
