Unlawful sand extraction: River erosion hits 3 Manikganj unions

River erosion has hit three unions in Manikganj as a result of unlawful sand extraction. In the district's Baniajurai, Singjuri, and Ghior sadar unions, rivers have already washed away at least 30 dwellings and 100 bighas of cultivable land.
