Every monsoon, Ctg's Maa-O-Shishu Hospital goes under water

For almost a week Chattogram's Maa-O-Shishu Hospital has been flooded with rainwater. Every year monsoon floods Chattogram, the trade capital of Bangladesh, and the port city dwellers have to calculate the time of tide to get around.
