Artisans busy making musical instruments for Durga Puja

Around 20-25 families in Tangail's Babnapara are carrying on the family tradition of making percussion instruments like dhak, dhol, tabla and khol. Coronavirus pandemic and recent lockdowns proved challenging for their profession as the demand for these instruments went down. But with everything opening up, these artisans are spending busy hours preparing for Durga Puja.
