What's in Kishore’s medical report?

Cartoonist Ahmed Kabir Kishore was released on bail on March 4, 2021 after 10 months of imprisonment. After release, he said that he was brutally tortured in custody. A medical board, formed to verify his claim, has recently provided a report to the court about its findings.

So, what is in that report? Does it verify Kishore's claims?
