Pakistan bat first against Afghanistan in Chennai

Pakistan skipper Babar Azam won the toss and opted to bat first against Afghanistan in both team's fifth match in the ICC ODI World Cup at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai today.

Pakistan, who have won two and lost two so far in the tournament, have made on change as Mohammad Nawaz makes way for Shadab Khan.

Afghanistan, who are at the very bottom of the 10-team points-table with one win, have also made one change, replacing pacer Fazalhaq Farooqi with spinner Noor Ahmed.

Afghanistan are going in with a spin-heavy side with four spinners – Rashid Khan, Mohammad Nabi, Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Noor- in their XI.
