2nd day’s play of the Test match between Bangladesh and India at Fatullah called off due to rain.

After umpires and match officials inspected the ground, they decided to cancel today’s play.

Play will resume on 9:30 am local time tomorrow.

Earlier, heavy rain delayed the start of the second day's play in the one-off Test match.

Just 56 of the stipulated 90 overs were bowled on the first day due to bad weather, with India making 239 for no loss after they won the toss and elected to bat.

Shikhar Dhawan was unbeaten on 150 and Murali Vijay was on 89.

Rain has been forecast for all five days of the match.
