Mahedi shines to sink Sylhet

Comilla Victorians' right-arm off-spinner Mahedi Hasan ran riot on the field as his figures of four for 22 runs helped his side to win by eight wickets against Sylhet Sixers at the Sylhet International Stadium today.

Being sent in to bat first, Sylhet were bundled out for 68 runs in just 14.5 overs – the franchise's lowest ever total in BPL history – thanks to the brilliant performance of Mahedi.

Comilla's Shamshur Rahman top-scored for the side with his 34 off 37 balls as Comilla chased down the total in just 11.1 overs.
